International Orders
At this time, we accept online orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses within the U.S. and Canada only. Orders shipped to addresses outside the U.S. and Canada may be placed by contacting Customer Service by phone at 1.800.803.1162, or fax 1.208.330.0973. We are unable to reserve out of stock items on international orders.

How to Order
1) Enter Product Information
Ordering with Powerful Things is as quick and easy as 1-2-3. Browse our product categories. When you've found the item you are looking for, adding the item to your shopping cart is easy by following the instructions below:
You are now at the shopping results page. Displayed is the item(s) that you requested. You have the following options:
  • Enter the desired order quantity in the quantity box and click the "Add to Cart" button to place the item in your cart, or;
  • Click on the item name or image to view the product information page, where you will find a larger image and detailed product information. Once there, you can add items to your cart by entering the desired quantity in the quantity box and click the "add to cart" button.
Once the item is added to your cart, you can continue shopping by selecting a product category from the menu or click the "Keep Shopping" button to return to the shopping results page that you last shopped at.

2) Review Shopping Cart
You are taken to the shopping cart each time that you click the "Add to Cart" button on any product page. To arrive at the shopping cart from any other page, click on the shopping cart icon located in the upper right corner of each page. Once at the shopping cart, you can review all the items that you have placed in your shopping cart and information about each item. You can also make some changes to your shopping cart here, such as modify quantities or remove an item from your shopping cart. If you make any changes to your order, click the "Update Subtotal" button at the bottom of the page. If you wish to continue shopping, click the "Continue Shopping" button. If you are finished selecting items, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

3) Check Out
You are now at the Account and Shipping Information page. Here, you will be asked to enter your billing information, credit card number, and shipping method.
If you located your account in account lookup, some of this information will appear automatically. Once, you have entered all the required information, click the "Proceed With Order" button at the bottom of the page.
We will automatically validate your address information against the United States Postal Service database to prevent delivery delays. If our system suspects an error, you will be prompted to correct the information.

4) Process Your Order
You are now on the order summary page. Here, you can review the details of your order and shipping charges. This is your last chance to cancel your order before it is processed. If you are satisfied with your order, click the "Place Order Now" button located at the bottom of the page.

5) Your Order is Confirmed
You are now on the Order Confirmation page. This page gives you a summary of the order, including your order number. Please reference this number if contacting customer service regarding your order.

Shipping
Ordering an item from Powerfulthings.com? We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. We do our best to accurately estimate when things will ship from our facilities. Our estimated shipping dates are always a range of dates. It is entirely possible for an item that has not shipped by the beginning of the date range to still arrive within our stated delivery estimate. We calculate delivery estimates by taking our estimated shipping dates and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address.
Powerfulthings.com offers two shipping speeds for orders sent to addresses within the United States: Standard Shipping and One-Day Shipping.

When you place an order with Powerfulthings.com we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. Once you've placed your order, you will be able to see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail.

Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders from Powerfulthings.com depend upon the total weight of your shipment, method of shipping you have chosen and the destination address.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If it is not, we offer a full refund or exchange for any merchandise returned to us within 10 days of your receipt. To streamline your return, we ask that you please note the following:
  • If you are uncertain in the merchandise quality or appearance, please discuss any additional questions you may have with a customer service representative before purchasing the merchandise. We have experts in our employ that are more than willing to help by answering any questions you may have about a particular item before you make your purchase decision.
  • If you not satisfied with the merchandise you receive, please contact us IMMEDIATELY and we will assist you in obtaining replacement merchandise or a refund. Please contact us at 800.803.1162 or email us at info@powerfulthings.com.
  • All returned merchandise should be sent back to us via Federal Express or another traceable carrier. Address will be provided to you via an email from Powerfulthings.com.
  • You should insure the package for the full purchase price. The Customer is responsible for insuring returned merchandise.
  • If you have decided that you do not want the merchandise after it has been shipped, but before it arrives, please DO NOT REFUSE THE DELIVERY. If the merchandise is refused you will be liable for breakage charges and duty incurred upon its return, if the shipment is international.
  • If you are returning the merchandise please do not write valuable, crystal, jewelry, or any other identifiable luxury item word in order to protect the package against possible theft during transportation.
  • If you are returning the merchandise purchased from an Auction, please note that AUCTION ITEM ID and USER AUCTION ID must be clearly displayed on correspondence inside of the package.

Definitions
  • "Client", "Customer", "Visitor": The trader being a company, partnership, sole trader or other organization or any individual, which undertakes to accept powerfulthings.com Services and/or purchase powerfulthings.com merchandise.
  • "Partner", "Affiliate": A third-party organization that provides Internet development, hosting and/or Internet access services, and/or other services to powerfulthings.com and/or Customers.
  • "Services", "Products", "Merchandise": crystals, minerals, gems, jewelry, accessories, books, rough and faceted gemstones, carved stones, equipment, newsletters or other industry related merchandise and/or services.
  • "RMA": Return Merchandise Authorization stands for the code which is issued by the powerfulthings.com Inventory System and allows money refunds for the returned merchandise.
  • "New", "Unused": new and unused merchandise means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags (such as the hologram or shipping tags) or the case or change of cutting style of the crystal, mineral or gemstone.

Refund Merchandise Procedures
The product must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original packaging materials and unused Certificates. Before returning an item for a money refund, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by either calling us at 800.803.1162 or emailing us at info@PowerfulThings.com. The RMA number must be written on your original invoice and on the return shipping label.
  • If the merchandise you're returning includes a special offer, the additional item(s) must also be returned, or you may choose to have the cost subtracted from your refund.
  • Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official RMA number will be returned to you at your expense
  • Tickets for all Workshops are non-refundable.

Merchandise Return Procedures
Returning merchandise for a Refund must be sent prepaid and insured for the full purchase price using Federal Express or another traceable carrier. Use of other traceable carriers other than Federal Express will require advance approval (contact us at info@PowerfulThings.com.
